Successful architecture, program development, business case development, Capacity Measurements and RFP response work leading to new business in Next Generation Messaging Platforms for Unisys.

  • Launched the first customer into production.
  • Future revenue streams become assured as the channel fills with other engagements
  • Internal development and approval of the Next Generation program itself in a fiscally tight environment
  • Detailed configuration management and vendor selection, in a financially strapped program
  • Developed multiple sets of client presentation material and white papers for use in sales programs
  • Direct influence on the $300-400M business that Unisys does in this space, worldwide
  • Direct involvement on deals and client specifics, national and international
