Thomas Tyree

Director Customer Satisfaction Control, Unisys (colleague)

“To Whom It May Concern: This is a reference letter for Tom Posz, a long time business associate of mine. Over the years, Tom has been one of my key sources of technical knowledge. His guidance and assistance for each instance has been thorough, complete, and with good results. Our corporate complexities never intimidated Tom, but only energized him. Tom has an uncanny ability to isolate the concepts – “techie stuff” – and guide all those around him toward success. His prowess of technical acuity have allowed our company and our projects to flourish and prosper no matter how complex the efforts appeared to the rest of us on the team. They didn’t seem complex to him, only to me. In addition to technical knowledge, Tom developed personal and lasting relationships with customer folk. His ability to tread a find line between Unisys and customer loyalties kept him in constant demand as projects moved to projects moved to projects. His ability to present himself as well as detailed material repeatedly signaled his professionalism. Tom deals with engineers and “normal people” with the same degree of professionalism. He exuded comfort and poise in dealing with our very complex customer situations. Tom is a true communicator and a team player. If this reference is being read by a prospective employer of Tom, then be it known that I recommend him to you for his tenacity, his can-do attitude, his knowledge, his creativity and innovation, and finally his excellence in dealing with people like me. Kenneth Daniel

National Account Manager, Unisys (colleague)

“Tom was my technical Project Manager for over two years at the largest account Unisys had in Western Operations. Tom did an outstanding job managing our on-site technical staff, developing and executing our technical account strategy and managing our risk with the customer. Tom is very intelligent, technically competent and has the calm poise to manage a difficult customer interface and build confidence and trust.” November 22, 2006
